Junior Software Developer (Backend & AI)

0 to 2 years of experience, or skills built through internships, studies and your own projects. Build backend services and REST APIs, and ship features that use language models in real client systems.

Python and/or Java with Spring Boot
Backend applications or REST APIs, including personal projects
SQL fundamentals; NoSQL is a plus
First experience with AI, such as an integration with a language model API
Git; CI/CD, Docker or cloud services are welcome

2 to 4 years of Java experience. Build and modernise backend systems in a microservices environment for enterprise clients, working with analysts, testers and DevOps engineers.

Spring Boot and Spring Cloud in a microservices architecture
Modernising legacy code; Java version migrations are a strong plus
Oracle or other relational databases, including SQL optimisation
Docker and Kubernetes; ActiveMQ or RabbitMQ is welcome
Fluent Polish and English

Cloud cost optimisation and performance tuning
AWS, GCP or OCI and cloud certifications are a plus
Fluent Polish and English; German is a significant plus
